CRM admin

Snowytree is looking for someone in Colorado to help us administer and configure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems that our clients use. We focus on Vonage Contact Center and Salesforce, which combine to give companies powerful ways to support their customers. As a CRM Admin you’ll learn how to use, test and update these complicated systems – it’s a technical job. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning because this job requires constantly learning new features of the systems.  You should also be comfortable talking with people to understand their goals with these systems and how they can achieve them.


Responsibilities

  • CRM admin: navigate through CRM systems to find and update records; edit and check settings; load data and run reports to check data

  • User admin: add, update and report on users

  • Flowchart authoring: create and update flow charts that describe business processes

  • CRM testing: call into call flows and work through web pages to confirm they’re working correctly; write test plans; document test results

  • Learning: Keep up to date on new releases and help customers get benefit from new features



Qualifications
 

  • Required

    • The ability to learn and master web-based applications

    • Good problem-solving skills

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Good verbal and written communication

    • A love of learning·        

 

  • Desired

    • Good Excel skills

    • Experience working with databases​
